Refunds & Cancellations

GENERAL REFUNDS

  • The initial project deposit is nonrefundable.
    However, if you decide to cancel your website project at any time after the initial project deposit is paid and prior to the website going live, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the project design and development fees paid after the initial deposit. To request a refund, simply email your project manager stating your desire to stop the project. We believe in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, and if you're not happy, we think it's best for everyone to part ways. Please note that refund requests must be made within 1 year of making the first payment.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds on any ongoing service fees, hosting fees, or assets purchased on your behalf, such as domain names, stock images, Google ads, templates, widgets, SEO programs, or local listings.


WEBSITE HOSTING REFUNDS

  • A website hosting package is required for all websites. You may chose to pay your website hosting fees on a monthly or annual basis. NO REFUNDS are offered on website hosting fees.


Monthly Payment Plan

  • Billing Start: Billing commences at the beginning of the project, with a credit card required on file for streamlined payments.
  • Commitment: In the event of early cancellation, completion of payments for the full 12-month term is required.
  • Post-Completion: After the initial 12 months, clients will transition to our monthly or annual care package.


CANCELLATIONS

  • We require a 30-day written notice via email for all cancellations of website hosting, maintenance, SEO and technical support programs. Please email billing@keepsimple.solutions to cancel. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please note that there are no prorated refunds for cancellations.


Updates to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Cancellations policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
